Universal Stirrer Guide

For use with Glass, Metal and PTFE Stirrer Shafts

This product features:

High level of chemical resistance

Anti-whip and reduced vibration

Vacuum (~5mm Hg) and pressure (3-5psi) performance

No shedding

Self releasing joint ring

Maximum recommended speeds: continuous 500rpm, intermittent 800rpm

Unique features of the design are a permanently loaded composite PTFE/PEEK seal and a specifically fabricated glass ball-bearing for rigidity and smoothness of operation.

Note; PEEK has a very high level of chemical resistance with some susceptibility only to strong mineral acids

High Performance (HP) Shaft Guide

For use with Glass and Metal Stirrer Shafts

This product is designed to provide an effective guide for Glass and Metal Shaft stirrers over a range of temperatures without shedding particles from the seal, whilst maintaining a vacuum.

The seal is manufactured from a specially formulated PTFE-PEEK composite and is permanently pressure loaded.

The HP Stirrer Guide has the additional features:
